We are approved by the Legal Aid Agency for the provision of legal aid work and are on the Law Society Specialist, Clinical Negligence Panel. The clinical negligence accreditation covers all work undertaken by solicitors arising out of any act of negligence, breach of contract and/or statutory duty, as a result of which the victim has sustained injuries in the course of medical or dental care. Members have to show to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of clinical negligence.
We are also the members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.
