Client Care

We believe that our focus on client service is the key to the success of our firm. We encourage feedback from our clients and are constantly reviewing our practices and procedures to improve our service to you, the customer. This commitment is demonstrated by our investment in information technology.

Each member of staff has a computer linked to our central server with full internet and e-mail facilities.

Fee earners have access to laptops and digital dictation equipment enabling them to access our server remotely from wherever they are. They are able to dictate work and send this by e-mail to our office for preparation.

We can scan and send documents by e-mail and receive documents up to A3 size which we can print out, in colour, in our offices.

We operate computerised practice and case management software and have a web-based banking system enabling us to make same day transfers of funds direct into your account.

We can provide tailored case reporting (including spreadsheets) as required.

We operate a structured training regime, with fee earners undergoing both in house and off site training each year.

We have access to all major publications in our specialist fields and are members of the Northumbria University Law Library and Newcastle University Medical Department Library.
